Coconut water makes an excellent base for popsicles. Simply add your favorite fruits and pour over this slightly sweet water on top. Freeze and enjoy this recipe all year long.
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced thin
½ cup dried coconut flakes
1 bottle Hydra Coco Pure Coconut Water
Add kiwi slices to popsicle molds. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top of kiwis then pour in coconut water. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
